本期是歌手·當打之年第十二場競演，為總決賽。
於北京時間2020年4月24日晚上7時30分現場直播。
總決賽第一輪為「幫幫唱」環節，由歌手邀請幫唱嘉賓合演，
突圍成功的袁婭維、吉克雋逸可對其他歌手發起奇襲一對一挑戰。
每組奇襲結束後進行即時投票，得票數較低者將被淘汰。
七位歌手全部演唱完畢後，未被淘汰的五位歌手透過再次投票決出第三位淘汰歌手。
第二輪則為獨唱，四位晉級歌手全部演唱完畢後進行即時投票產生本季歌王
